REDEX provides a specialized calculator to make easier the setting of Rack & Pinion (and Crown & Pinion) Drives assemblies.
Based on theoretical teeth clearance data related to gears modules ("tb1" and "tb2"), the calculator asks the actual tb2 value (measured) to check if its inside the tolerance.
If not, the calculator automatically offers an updated "tb1" value and asks again for the measured "tb2" value.
When the setting-up is complete, the calculator allows to send a summary of the whole setting-up data to an E-mail address chosen by the user.
